Your law firm clients need integrations. You don’t have to build them.
When a firm asks you to connect its practice management, document and docketing systems, bring us in. We handle the legal applications and their APIs. You keep the client, the tenant and the managed services.
We don’t compete for your work
Law firms ask their IT provider for everything with a screen. Connecting Clio to NetDocuments, opening matters automatically or filing call transcripts to the right workspace takes legal process knowledge and work with each vendor’s API. That’s all we do.
- No helpdesk, endpoints or networks. Devices, users, backups and the security stack stay with you.
- No licence reselling. Microsoft 365, Azure and legal software licensing stay where they are today.
- Your relationship stays yours. We work alongside you, and we refer IT requests back to you.
The legal side of the stack
Legal application APIs
Practice management, docketing, document management, intake and CRM systems, each with its own access rules, plan tiers and partner programs. See the systems we work with.
Process analysis
Interviews with partners, administrators and staff to find where matter data is re-keyed and where work stalls, before anything is built.
Builds and care
Tested integrations with an audit trail, plus ongoing care when vendors change their APIs, so those tickets don’t land in your queue.
Built to fit how you already run it
Everything runs in the firm’s own Microsoft 365 / Azure environment, under the identity and security controls you manage.
You stay the administrator
We request app registrations, admin consents and Azure resources through you. Nothing is granted behind your back.
Least privilege, written down
Every permission we use is listed in an access inventory you hold, and removed when the engagement ends.
No new login surface
No admin portal or password screen to defend. Automations use managed identities, with secrets in a Key Vault in the firm’s tenant.
Changes you can see
Every change goes through reviewed code and a deployment pipeline. You or the firm can require approval before anything reaches production.
Fits your tooling
Conditional access, Defender, logging and alerting stay yours. Logs land in the firm’s own workspace, where your monitoring can see them.
Azure on your terms
The Azure subscription can be one you already manage for the firm, so consumption stays on the account you look after.
How it works with you involved
- IntroductionA short call with you first: the firm, its systems and anything we should know about the environment.
- AnalysisWe work with the firm’s partners and staff on the process, and with you on what’s possible in the tenant.
- Design reviewYou review identities, permissions, networking and logging before the build starts.
- Build and testBuilt in a test environment, deployed with your approvals, run alongside the manual process before go-live.
- HandoverYou get the runbook, the access inventory and the alert routing, so you know what’s running and who to call.
A better answer for your clients
- A yes instead of a no. When a firm asks for something outside your scope, you have someone to bring in.
- Clients who stay. Firms whose systems work together are happier with everyone who supports them.
- No surprise tickets. Vendor API changes and integration issues come to us under a care plan, not to your helpdesk.
- Documentation you can use. Architecture notes, runbooks and source code in the firm’s own repository.
Questions IT providers ask us
Will you try to take over the client’s IT?
No. We don’t offer managed services, helpdesk, device management or licensing, and we refer those requests to you. Our work starts and ends with the firm’s legal applications and the automation between them.
What access do you need?
Only what each integration requires: usually an app registration with specific permissions, an Azure resource group and accounts in the legal applications. You approve each one, and everything is listed in an access inventory you keep.
Who supports the integrations after go-live?
We do, under an optional care plan, including fixes when a vendor changes its API. Alerts can go to us, to you or to both, depending on what you and the firm prefer.
Can we refer a client to you?
Yes. Tell us a little about the firm and its systems, and we’ll start with a call with you before we contact them.
