How we handle your information

Website

The public site has no advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and doesn't identify or follow you across sites. The site sets one strictly necessary cookie that protects forms against forgery and, in the client portal, keeps you signed in. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data (such as IP address) to deliver pages and block abuse.

Contact form

Messages you send through the contact form are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox and used only to reply to you. Along with your message, the form sends the page where your visit began and the website that referred you (for example, a search engine), so we know how people find us. We don't add you to mailing lists or share your details with anyone.

Client portal

  • Sign-in uses your organization's Microsoft 365 account. We never see or store your password. We keep your name, work email and Microsoft tenant identifier to link you to your firm's records.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider on its own secure pages. Card and bank account details never reach our servers.
  • Reference requests are forwarded to our client by email without revealing the client's contact details to you. If the client replies, they'll be writing to you directly.

Client data in our engagements

The automation we build runs in your firm's own Microsoft 365 / Azure tenant. Matter and client data stays in your environment and is never copied to ours.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence and engagement records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
